Sometimes we reach a point where our usual strategies no longer help us move forward.
I support people with:
- personal development, life transitions, and finding a new direction
- creative blocks, important decisions, and periods of reorientation
- understanding and changing recurring patterns
- the effects of difficult or unresolved experiences from the past
- challenging or one-sided relationship dynamics (including recovery from narcissistic abuse)
- self-esteem issues and self-doubt
- separation, relationship questions, and heartbreak
- difficulties in professional or personal life
- anxiety, inner restlessness, or exhaustion
- low mood, lack of motivation, or feelings of emptiness
- acute crises and other challenging life situations
Art, design, and architecture have been part of my life since childhood. The challenges of creative work and creative development processes are therefore just as familiar to me as psychological processes of change.
My work combines psychological counselling with a trauma-informed understanding of development and change.
Difficult experiences, life transitions, or periods of crisis can leave us feeling stuck, going in circles, or disconnected from our own possibilities. Often, patterns and automatic responses emerge that may once have served an important purpose, but now make change more difficult and obscure new perspectives.
In our work together, the aim is to better understand your situation, make underlying patterns and connections visible, and develop new perspectives. Understanding creates clarity. Clarity creates movement. In this way, change can be not only understood intellectually, but also experienced in everyday life.
Online counselling
Sessions are also available online. This form of work has proven itself in my practice many times over and offers a reliable and flexible alternative to meeting in person.
